Plant Based Gluten Free Crunch Wrap

My favorite fast-food meal is a crunch wrap. Unfortunately, it is not gluten-free and it was one of the hardest things for me to give up once going gluten-free. This Plant Based Gluten Free Crunch Wrap however, is even better than the ones you can buy and best of all it is easy to make.

You start out by frying the corn tortillas until they are crisp. Then you heat the refried beans and House Party Cheesy Dip. On a flat surface place the gluten-free warp and put the tomatoes, lettuce, a fried tortilla topped with the beans and House Party Cheesy Dip with another fired tortilla on top. For gluten-free wraps I find it best if they are moistened a little between damp pieces of paper towels. By doing this it keeps the tortillas from cracking but even if they do crack the outcome is still delicious. Then you fold the wrap over toward the center and place it on a skillet over medium heat unit golden brown then flip to the other side.

Once all the crunch wraps are done you serve immediately. These Plant Based Gluten Free Crunch Wraps are so good you’ll think they are straight from the restaurant.
