We are less than two weeks away from the Gluten Free Allergen Friendly Expo in San Mateo, California. This is the first Northern California expo in more than three years and my first time attending this event on the West Coast. I’ve been the GFAF Expo in New Jersey many times and it is always a great show.
If you’ve never been to a gluten-free expo before, now is your chance. It is a great chance to try gluten-free products before you buy them and connect with other gluten-free friends. You will not be disappointed.
If you are looking for more of an educational experience, I highly suggest you attend on Saturday. The Stanford Education Day is being hosted by the Celiac Community Foundation of Northern California in partnership with Stanford Health Care and Stanford Children’s Health. There will be top celiac doctors sharing a variety of topics including myths about celiac disease, gluten-related disorders, and more.
