S’mores is a summer must have. One of my favorite summer activities is sitting around a fire pit and making s’more (arguably the best summer treat). Sometimes it does get a little too hot for a fire pit, especially here in Florida, so this Boozy S’mores Milkshake is a more refreshing way to enjoy this summer treat. This drink is delicious with gooey marshmallows on top and rich chocolate taste. You are sure to feel like a kid again with this adult beverage.
To make this drink you start out by pouring chocolate syrup on a small plate and the crushed graham crackers onto another small plate. Then you dip the rim of your glass on the chocolate syrup plate and then the graham cracker plate and then you put the glass in the freezer. As the glasses are in the cooling you put the ice cream and the Mozart Chocolate Cream Liqueur in a blender and blend until smooth. You then divide the mixture between the glasses and top with mini marshmallows. I like to brown the marshmallows with a kitchen torch to have the drink resemble a s’more more.
Give this drink a try this summer!
