Learn to make Munchable Lunchables: Is it September already? Back to school for kids, teachers and us adults: we can take lunches to go as well! Let’s shake up our boring lunch routine with some new options.

Look beyond two slices of bread, as we explore the versatility of some simple sandwich alternatives (rice paper rolls, brown rice wraps, etc.) We will discuss simple fillings and teach you to make your own nut butters and jams. Avocado in a dessert? You will say OMG after tasting this delectable and creamy pudding.

Tammy is author of three books: The Healthy Gluten-Free Life, Paleo Indulgences and now Make-Ahead Paleo, all of which are available on Amazon, at Costco and She will bring samples.

With her is Cain Credicott of Paleo Mag Online, the first and only print magazine dedicated to Paleo/Primal lifestyle and ancestral health. Paleo is grain-free, so it’s gluten-free.

Dr Tom O’Bryan of TheDr.com is a nationally recognized speaker on gluten sensitivity and celiac disease. As a gluten expert he is in town to talk to us! Exciting to have this national lecturer come to town. He will be fresh from the International Celiac Disease Symposium in Chicago to share the latest news on celiac disease and the gluten-free world.
